Discover

The road to finding happiness is like everything else in life– it should be a discovery, an adventure, and like most adventures, you don’t know you’re having one until you’re right in the middle of it. And so everyday, I strive to discover something new on the daily, whether it’s an internal fulfillment to be a better cook or discovering a new recipe or a hidden cafe in the city, it’s all part of the process. I find bliss in all of these little things.

GOOD EATS: Being a fatty, foodie, food enthusiast, food lover or whatever you want to call it, I am constantly looking for places that will wow my taste palette and make me the happiest girl. And of course I can obviously eat everything in the world and feel happy (in the moment), but food is universal and there’s nothing better than sharing GOOD EATS with you all!

PRETTY THINGS: I have been surrounded by palaces, castles, beautiful gardens and a million other fairytale scenes the moment I landed in Europe.  I am am slowly discovering my inner appreciation for the arts, museums, exhibits, and have been actively searching for  architectural extravagance, as well as nature’s breathtaking mysteries and scenic views aka PRETTY THINGeverywhere I am. This makes me feel more appreciative towards what the world has to offer on it’s own rather than think about what I don’t have.

TRAVELING CITIES: Something about being in an unfamiliar place and just getting lost in a city makes me feel alive. Maybe it’s the thrill of an adventure or maybe it’s the change in environment that challenges me to go out of my comfort zone. But I can assure you that traveling will make you a happier person. I personally feel happier when I have gained new insights and experiences. All in all, traveling gives us memories to remember for a lifetime.

HEALTHY LIVING: One thing we should never lose sight of in our search for happiness, is our own health. We only have one life and one body that allows us to do all the things we love. I am a firm believer that we should nourish our bodies and fuel it with foods that can keep us healthy to continue doing all the things that makes life more fulfilling. I am passionate about healthy eating and healthy living.
